Function
Builds up the strength in your legs, thighs and calves.
The exercise places particular emphasis on the quadriceps, gluteals, and hips. 
Instructions
Sit on the seat and place your feet on the platforms.
Push the legs hard untill they are completetly straight.
Slowly get back to the starting position.
